Attorney Preston White

In 2016, I started my practice with one core belief: that everyone is entitled to justice. I treat all cases as though they’re trial-worthy, meaning I give your situation all the preparation it deserves. As a result, your case is set up for optimum results regardless of if we have to litigate or not.

Actively Pushing for Real Solutions

I’m passionate about the legal system and believe that prison congestion and police brutality are major issues in our society that contribute to a never-ending cycle. My desire is to help my clients overcome situations that may leave them feeling stuck and hopeless. My goal is to provide calm and clarity in situations where you may feel panic and fear.

As your attorney, I promise to offer clear-cut options and honest expectations about the process. Communication and understanding are important, which is why I ensure your case receives personalized attention to detail and keep you informed. Finally, I do my best to offer ideal results: I won’t push my clients to enter a plea because it’s the easy way out.

I practice criminal defense to make sure everyone gets the fair shot at justice they’re entitled to receive.

The Impact of Criminal Justice

During law school, I worked closely with the Incarcerated Mothers Advocacy Project. This organization helped me gain great insight into how the criminal justice system impacts families, children, and parents.

As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps (1996-2001) and the Utah Air National Guard (2001-2016), I have a unique understanding of how criminal justice often impacts people’s lives outside of the courtroom, especially when it comes to veterans’ issues.

Your Case Your Way

I take a collaborative approach with my clients and make recommendations to them that will help achieve optimal results. Above all, I strive to educate my clients and encourage them to think calmly and clearly about their situation.

For clients in Thurston County and surrounding areas, I provide competent legal advice and a clear understanding of available options for your legal matter. I am flexible and will meet you on your terms if you’re unable to come to my office.
